Who we are

Concertje is run by Kevin Meyvaert (sole proprietorship trading as Behangmotief, enterprise number BE 0548.755.031), Ghent, Belgium. He is responsible for your data under this policy.

What data do we collect?

Concertje uses PostHog to see how the website and app are used: page views, clicks and device info. While you're signed out, this isn't linked to you. Once you sign in, it is linked to your account (account ID, name and email address). On the website, we also record some visits (what's on screen, clicks and scrolling) to find bugs and usability problems. Text you type into forms is masked, and recordings of signed-in visits are linked to your account. If you create an account (with your email address, Google or Apple), we store your name and email address, your profile picture if you add one, and your birth year if you give it. We also store what you do with your account: the concerts you save or go to, the artists and venues you follow, your crews and crew invites, and your notification settings, including your device's push token if you allow notifications. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address. If you import your artists, we use the stats.fm username or Apple Music link you give us to find them. We only keep the artists you choose to follow.

What we don't do

We don't sell data to third parties. We don't use third-party tracking or ads. We don't ask for personal data unless you create an account or sign up for the newsletter.

AI assistants (Concertje MCP)

If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to Concertje, you sign in with your Concertje account and approve the connection. The assistant only sends us the requests it makes on your behalf, such as a concert search. We don't see your conversations. For each request, we log in PostHog which tool was used, the search parameters, the result, when it happened, how long it took, any error, and your account ID. We use this to see how the connector is used and to fix errors. You can remove the connection at any time in your assistant's settings.

Storage

All data is stored on servers within the EU.

Who receives your data?

Only the services that run Concertje for us: PostHog (analytics, session recordings and connector logs), our hosting provider, Resend (emails such as password links, alerts and the newsletter), and Google or Apple when you sign in with them. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for themselves.

How long do we keep it?

Account data (name, email address, saved concerts and follows) is kept until you delete your account. Analytics data and connector logs are deleted after 12 months, session recordings after 30 days. IP addresses are not stored in our analytics.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from your account settings. You can also email us to see, correct or delete your data. Disconnect an AI assistant in that assistant's settings.
